Requirements and responsibilities

GenAI Data Product Manager to join the team. This client will expand the original POC (US call transcripts) globally and across a variety of channels (email, live chat, case notes, etc.), requiring tight coordination with system partners and global partners. A detailed roadmap including technical dependencies with Data Engineering and a refined intake process for how we improve the model going forward.
