Requirements and responsibilities

Compensation: - $60 – $80 per hour. Employment Type: - Full-Time. Location: - Remote (6–8 hours PST overlap required). Role Summary: - We are hiring a high-caliber Fullstack Developer to build and scale systems powering cutting-edge AI infrastructure. - This is not a feature-factory role. - You will have real ownership, make architectural decisions, and ship impactful systems end-to-end. Why This Role Stands Out: - You will work at the core of AI innovation, helping build platforms used by frontier AI labs and Fortune 10 companies. - You will directly influence how human intelligence powers next-gen AI systems. Responsibilities: - Design and build end-to-end fullstack systems. - Architect scalable backend services (Node.js / NestJS). - Develop high-performance React-based frontend applications. - Own PostgreSQL data modeling and performance optimization. - Build and maintain REST APIs at scale. - Improve production reliability, observability, and system performance. - Collaborate with product/design to ship fast in ambiguous environments. Requirements: - Strong experience building production-grade full-stack systems. - Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational data modeling. - Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms. - Familiarity with microservices / serverless architectures. - Knowledge of Redis, queues, and async workflows. - Strong ownership mindset and systems thinking. Nice to Have: - DevOps experience (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code). - Experience with AI, data-heavy, or ML-driven products. - Background in fast-paced startup or lab environments.
