About the Role:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of product quality across our ecosystem, including web platforms, mobile applications, and data pipelines.
In this role, you will design and implement robust automation frameworks, validate critical data flows, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams to deliver reliable, high-impact software.
What You Will Do:
- Design, build, and maintain automated test suites (web, mobile, API).
- Develop end-to-end, regression, integration, and smoke tests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testable acceptance criteria.
- Validate pricing logic, savings calculations, and reporting accuracy.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
- Perform performance and load testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
- Drive QA metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to QA strategy, standards, and documentation.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, reviews, and architecture discussions.
- Evaluate and introduce tools to improve quality and productivity.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3+ years of QA automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.
- Experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (especially data accuracy).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in health tech or HIPAA-compliant environments.
- Mobile automation experience (Appium, Detox).
- Performance testing tools (k6, Locust, JMeter).
- Experience validating data pipelines / ETL processes.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Startup or scale-up experience.
