Requirements and responsibilities

Education: - Master's degree or higher. Experience: - Social Work (1+ years). Licenses/Certifications: - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI). - Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in Michigan (MI). - Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI). - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Michigan (MI). - Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI). Key Responsibilities: - Provide screening, assessment, and crisis intervention services via telehealth to adults referred by local police. - Determine appropriate level of care and least restrictive setting for services. - Provide transitional support, advocacy, and care coordination in-person and/or via telehealth. - Be available via pre-programmed tablets for crisis calls from local police. - Respond immediately to crisis calls during scheduled on-call hours. - Provide crisis intervention and ongoing mental health treatment to clients receiving intensive case management, including those on Assisted Outpatient Treatment orders or Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. - Deliver services in-person in office or community and/or via telehealth. Schedule and Shift Details: - Regular hours Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm, Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. - Flexible scheduling available. - Some evening and weekend hours required. - On-call responsibilities during business hours and voluntary after-hours on-call coverage. Travel: - Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use at IRS standard rate (.70 per mile).
