Responsibilities

SupplyHouse is hiring a Technical Product Manager - AI to lead the strategy and execution behind their AI-driven initiatives, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product, Systems, and Insights. You'll own the roadmap for both customer-facing AI features — think search, personalization, and agentic self-service — and internal tools like RAG-based co-pilots and workflow automation. This isn't a purely strategic seat either: you'll partner hands-on with developers from proof of concept through production, run experiments to evaluate AI performance, and translate between technical and business teams daily. It's fully remote, with just 6 trips per year to headquarters in Melville, NY, and it's open to candidates who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, New York North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of product management experience, at least 2 of those leading AI/ML initiatives, plus strong fluency in LLMs, RAG, and recommendation systems. Ecommerce PM experience is a strong plus, and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies is expected. If you've got the technical chops to sit in system design discussions and the communication skills to align execs and engineers around one vision, this could be your next move.
