Responsibilities

About the Role: Opteva is a done-for-you AI social media content system built specifically for med spas and aesthetic practices. I am looking for one person who can handle both outreach and sales. Everything is already built out, including scripts, SOPs, and automations. You show up, have real conversations with med spa owners, and close. The right person leads with empathy. They listen first. They understand the pain of running a full practice while trying to keep up with social media. They tell a story, create value, and let the sale happen naturally. No hard selling. No pushy tactics. Commission Structure: - $50 per qualified demo that shows. - $100 close on DIY plan ($497/month). - $150 close on Fully Automated plan ($1,497/month). - 10% on add-on packages. Ideal Candidate: - Familiar with the medical aesthetics space. - Naturally empathetic and a strong storyteller. - Sells through value, not pressure. - Self-motivated; commission only does not scare them. - Can handle both outreach and sales. - GoHighLevel (GHL) experience is a plus.
