Afina is hiring a Performance Video Editor to create ads designed to do more than look good — they need to convert.You’ll create fast-paced video ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, turning UGC, creator footage and AI-generated assets into performance-driven creative.They’re looking for 2+ years of DTC/e-commerce experience, strong direct-response instincts and an understanding of hooks, retention, CTR and ROAS.Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools. Experience using AI for creative production, scripting, editing or voiceovers is also part of the role.And if you’re seeing AI skills appearing in more creative and design roles, it might be time to build them into your own workflow.The AI Product Design Certification is a hands-on program for designers looking to develop practical AI skills and apply them to real product design work.
