About the Opportunity: - QVID Talent Solutions is recruiting an AI Deployment Strategist on behalf of a fast-growing AI logistics startup. - This is an opportunity to lead the implementation of advanced AI agents across large global enterprises. - You will work directly with senior customer leaders while partnering closely with product and engineering teams to turn complex business needs into successful AI deployments. - The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong executive communication, and hands-on implementation experience. - You should be comfortable making decisions, challenging assumptions, and taking full ownership of customer outcomes from kickoff through go-live. What You Will Do: - Own the complete enterprise deployment process, including kickoff, blueprinting, integration, implementation, go-live, and adoption. - Manage five to six enterprise customer accounts simultaneously. - Build trusted relationships with operational leaders, CFOs, Chief Supply Chain Officers, and executive steering committees. - Present implementation progress, early wins, strategic recommendations, and adoption plans to executive stakeholders. - Guide customers toward effective implementation practices while confidently challenging requests that may not support the best outcome. - Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap priorities. - Collaborate with pre-sales teams on proofs of concept, solution planning, and product demonstrations. - Support and guide junior analysts working on data ingestion and integration activities. - Identify implementation risks, remove obstacles, and keep customer deployments moving toward measurable results. Required Qualifications: - Five to ten years of relevant experience in enterprise implementation, management consulting, product management, enterprise delivery, or a related field. - Proven post-sales experience leading enterprise deployments from kickoff through go-live. - Demonstrated ability to personally own complex implementations and customer outcomes. - Strong executive presence with experience communicating with senior leaders and executive steering committees. - Ability to manage multiple complex accounts, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. - Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, project leadership, and communication skills. - Experience collaborating with customers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional business teams. - Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and operate effectively without constant escalation. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, business, or a related discipline. Preferred Experience: - Experience with enterprise operations, supply chain, logistics, or procurement. - Experience implementing or working extensively with ERP, transportation management, or spend-management platforms. - Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or comparable enterprise systems. - Background in management consulting, product management, enterprise software, or a high-growth technology startup. - Previous founder, founding-team, or early-stage startup experience. - MBA or another relevant graduate degree. Success Factors: - You may be a strong fit if you have personally led major customer implementations, are comfortable advising senior executives, and enjoy operating in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership. - You should be able to develop a strong point of view, clearly explain your recommendations, and take responsibility for moving customers from initial planning to a successful launch. - This position is best suited for someone who thrives within a lean team and can independently manage complex, high-value enterprise relationships. Compensation and Work Authorization: - Starting Salary $150,000 annually. - Open to eligible visa transfers, including qualified OPT candidates and H-1B transfers.
