We are looking for a DC Trainer to join our team in Moreno Valley, CA. The primary functions of this role include designing and developing training materials, classroom training, SOPs, and checklists/audit sheets. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in a training setting, solid comprehension of methodologies, training processes, and standards, and 2-5 years of experience delivering training in big box DC’s. The trainer will be responsible for creating, updating, and documenting materials to educate employees on the most recent information and will occasionally participate in cross-function coverage when support is needed. If you have the ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment, understand WMS systems, and deliver training in English and Spanish, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Design and develop training materials, study materials, classroom training, SOPs, Best Methods, and checklists/audit sheets. - Create and allocate materials and training processes based on function. - Oversee progress from beginning to end with new temps or Deckers employees. - Apply visual, audio, or kinesthetic styles training to ensure employee captures information. - Deliver material in a classroom setting. - Document all training and completed training for HR purposes and credit for validating purposes through HighJump. - Develop knowledge checks and assessments in partnership with Engineering/Operations/Leadership team for training courses and recommend corrective/coaching paths. - Introduce new methods to help make the function of the job more efficient. - Occasionally participate in cross-function coverage in the event support is needed.
