Position Overview: The Outbound Customer Service Representative will focus on making outbound calls to customers and prospects, following up on service inquiries, and scheduling appointments. This role is central to ensuring customers receive timely, professional, and friendly communication while maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers. Follow up on service inquiries, estimates, and maintenance reminders. Schedule appointments and coordinate with the service team. Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication on every call. Accurately update and maintain customer records in Service Titan CRM. Meet daily and weekly call goals and follow-up targets. Assist with collecting customer feedback to improve service quality. Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable with phone-based interactions and handling a high volume of calls. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with data entry tasks. Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or outbound calling. Familiarity with Service Titan CRM (or similar platforms). Knowledge of plumbing or home services industry (training provided). Positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven mindset.
