Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Property Management Administrative Coordinator to support property operations and tenant/vendor management. This role combines administrative support with property coordination and requires the ability to read and interpret construction drawings for projects and renovations, and support the permitting and application process for construction/renovations in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tenant and vendor communications, ensuring timely responses and professional correspondence.
* Support lease administration, compliance tracking, and document management.
* Coordinate property operations, including utilities, inspections, work orders, and service requests.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
* Assist with scheduling, calendars, and email management for the property management team.
* Review and interpret construction drawings to support project planning and vendor coordination.
* Support the permitting and application process for construction/renovations.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in property management, operations, or related roles.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (70+ proficiency recommended).
* Ability to interpret construction or architectural drawings.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management tools.
* Familiarity with U.S. construction permitting/application processes.
Nice-to-Haves:
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) for tenant/vendor communication.
* Background in real estate development or facilities management.
