Job Description NCube Expo is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and achieving organizational sales objectives. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Prospect, generate leads, conduct cold calls, and successfully close deals. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. * Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. * Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including tele-sales and online platforms. * Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns. * Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. * Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis. * Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships. Qualifications * Proven international experience in sales (B2B), preferably in the exhibition industry (1–2 years). US/Europe BPO experience is a plus. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset. Working Hours * Day Shift (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) * Monday to Friday Reporting You will report directly to Mr. Vineeth, Sales Manager. Location: Bangalore
