JLL is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall performance of a commercial and retail precinct in North Sydney, NSW. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring the successful transition and onboarding of the asset. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a General Manager, outstanding leadership qualities, stakeholder management skills, and a high level of commercial acumen. A Real Estate Licence is required for this role. Responsibilities: - Overseeing the pre and post PC setup of the asset - Maximizing income and ensuring competitive costs - Managing and developing the onsite team - Proactively liaising with Owners, Development, and Building Management - Strategic planning and co-ordination for a whole precinct management solution
