G&G is looking for open-minded, highly motivated, and infectiously positive people to build a fantastic new company for the insurance world. They are an open, diverse, collaborative team working across multiple locations. Your day will consist of providing exceptional experiences when servicing customers' requests related to helping with billing and policy changes and answering policy-related questions through phone, email, and chat. ⚠️ Work schedule:: * 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (CST). * 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (CST). * During training: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (CST). Responsibilities: * Efficiently service current clients once the sales team has onboarded them. * Field inbound calls, emails, and chats regarding customer service requests. * Educate our clients on the details of their policies. * Effectively communicate the impact of policy changes or additions on an insured's policy. * Leverage technology to meet our client's evolving needs. * Work through customer service requests with quality and speed. * Build rapport to ensure that all clients are receiving the reputable G&G exceptional experience. * Work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Requirements: * Excellent English communication skills. * Three to five years of call center work experience. * Ability to multitask. * Computer, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills. * Full-time dedication. * Minimum 30 Mbps of internet connection (this will be tested). * Windows computer. * Webcam capability.
