As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through coverage decisions with clarity, care, and integrity. You will take ownership of your book of business, deliver proactive communication, and ensure every client feels educated, supported, and confidently protected. Your key responsibilities may include:Manage and grow a book of personal insurance clientsConsult on home, auto, umbrella, and life insurance needsMulti-line, cross-sell, and account round current clientsDiligently work with new client inquiriesAnalyze risks and recommend appropriate coverage optionsMaintain strong client relationships through proactive communicationServe as a trusted advisorRequirementsMust be located in North CarolinaAn active North Carolina Property and Casualty License is requiredExperience in Account Management and Customer ServiceDeep knowledge and understanding of personal lines insurance Strong communication and relationship-building skillsIntegrity-driven: We prioritize doing what’s right for the clientOrganized and consistent follow-up habitsAbility to manage renewals, closings, and client life events with professionalismBenefitsBase salary: $45K–$75KAdditional bonus/incentive: $6K–$15K (Year 1)Group health coverageRetirement plan with company match401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance
