At Allied Global we are looking for a highly skilled Lead / Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and enterprise application architecture to join an innovative and fast-paced team.In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, design scalable cloud solutions, mentor development teams, and contribute hands-on across the full software development lifecycle — including modernization and cloud migration projects.What you’ll work with:Microsoft AzureJavaScript, Go, PythonReact.js, HTML/CSSREST APIsPostgreSQL, MySQL, Cosmos DB, MongoDBCI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelinesPower Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)What we’re looking for:5+ years of software development experienceStrong experience with Azure cloud technologiesTechnical leadership and architecture experienceEnterprise and multi-client project backgroundStrong communication and collaboration skillsAgile/SCRUM experienceNice-to-have:Azure Document Intelligence OCRMobile app development experienceMicrosoft Azure or Power Platform certifications
