Location: - Remote (Latin America). Job Type: - Full-Time. - Monday - Friday (US Business Hours / EST). Compensation: - $2,500 - $3,000 USD (Base) + Uncapped Commissions ($1,500 - $3,000+ / month). Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Scale: Hire, train, onboard, and oversee an elite team of remote sales representatives across LATAM. - Performance & Coaching: Monitor daily/monthly sales benchmarks, deliver ongoing coaching, and guide the team to hit client acquisition goals. - Operations Management: Master the company's internal sales and intake pipeline to optimize the flow and routing of new client inquiries. - Strategic Backup: Actively lead by example, stepping in to handle high-level sales consultations and inside sales when needed. Requirements: - English Level: C1/C2 English Proficiency is required. You should be able to speak, write, and negotiate English fluently with native US speakers. (Will be heavily tested during the first call). - Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, and team management (Required). - Track Record: 3+ years of experience in high-volume phone sales with a rock-solid, demonstrable history of hitting quotas. - Mindset: High-paced operator, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and naturally outgoing personality who loves to engage with people. - US Cultural Context: Prior experience living in or working in the US, or a deep understanding of the US corporate market, is highly preferred.
