Requirements and responsibilities

Strategic Prospecting: - Identify and penetrate mid-to-large US enterprise accounts that align with the Mojo Gift "Future of Work" vision. Multi-Platform Demos: - Masterfully demonstrate the synergy between the Corporate Admin Platform, Clevis AI Travel, the Marketplace, and the Moments social hub. Multi-Stakeholder Navigation: - Effectively engage and manage 3–5 stakeholders per deal, typically across HR/Culture, Procurement, and Finance/IT. Pipeline Management: - Proactively manage the full sales cycle (4–9 months) from initial discovery to contract signing and initial handover to Customer Success. Deal Structuring: - Negotiate high-value enterprise contracts ranging from €50,000 to €250,000, ensuring alignment with US compliance and procurement standards. Market Intel: - Provide direct feedback from the US market to the product team to help refine the AI and Marketplace features based on American corporate needs.
