Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Own and maintain the AI acquisitions pipeline (Smarter Contact, Make/Zapier, Claude API, Slack). - Monitor daily automation performance — catch messages that were misclassified, macros that misfired, and leads that fell through. - Update and refine Claude prompts as seller response patterns shift. - Add new macros and labels to the system as the team identifies them. - Build additional automations across acquisitions, operations, and marketing as the business scales. - Create simple dashboards or reports on lead volume, response rates, and conversion by stage. - Flag anything breaking before the team notices it. - Document all systems so nothing lives only in one person's head. - Stay current on AI tools and bring recommendations to leadership when something is worth adopting. Requirements: - 2+ years experience building and maintaining workflow automations (Make.com, Zapier, or equivalent). - Hands-on experience with at least one AI API (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) — prompt writing, not just using ChatGPT. - Comfortable working directly with REST APIs and webhooks without a native integration. - Strong written English — you will be updating prompts and AI instructions regularly. - Detail-oriented, proactive about monitoring, does not wait to be told something is broken. - Experience with SMS platforms (Smarter Contact, Launch Control, BatchLeads, or similar) is a strong plus. - Real estate investor operations background is a strong plus. - Available during US Eastern business hours at least 4-5 hours of overlap.
