Requirements and responsibilities

Position Overview: - Experience: 6–10 Years. - Location: Pune, Maharashtra. - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Shift: Day Shift. - Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or max 30 days preferred. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable): - Overall 6–10 years in QA/Testing with strong Salesforce applications testing experience. - Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with Copado. - Strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). - Proven experience migrating test cases from Selenium to Copado. - Hands-on expertise in Selenium and/or Playwright automation frameworks. - Demonstrated success in improving automation stability, pass rates, and framework optimization. - Strong exposure to Salesforce platform testing and enterprise implementations. - Ability to lead consulting-driven QA process improvements. Candidate must clearly demonstrate the following in their profile: - Hands-on Copado CRT usage in real projects. - Built or owned Selenium/Playwright frameworks. - Enterprise Salesforce QA project experience. - CI/CD integration for automation. - Measurable impact on automation efficiency (metrics-driven). Job Stability: - Minimum 2 years in the recent organization is mandatory.
