FULL POSITION DESCRIPTION About The Role We're seeking a cool, sophisticated, highly-networked Founding Chief Membership Officer to architect our membership ecosystem from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build the premier AI-powered, creator-led luxury lifestyle community alongside industry-leading creators and digital innovators. You'll define how the world's most sophisticated individuals discover, connect, and experience the extraordinary. Primary Responsibilities Phase 1: Foundation Building (First 100 Founding Members) • Curate, aggregate, and mobilize people of influence across luxury lifestyle, travel, entertainment, and business to become founding members • Work directly with our creator-led founding team to establish membership standards and community culture • Drive capital formation through strategic member engagement and investment commitments • Project manage AI-powered platform development to create highly scalable membership processes • Collaborate with operating partners (influencers, branding experts, AI specialists, growth marketers) to optimize acquisition • Create detailed tracking and attribution systems for lead generation and conversion • Establish templates and methodology for systematic membership growth Phase 2: Scale & Leadership (Post-Capital Formation) • Build scalable processes and SOPs for membership acquisition • Recruit, train, and oversee team of membership directors to exponentially grow member base • Drive ongoing member engagement, exclusive experiences, and community value creation Future Leadership: Upon successful Phase 1 execution, transition to leading a membership director team with compensation tied to both your performance and your team's performance. What We're Looking For Network & Influence (Critical) • Extensive personal and professional network among HNW individuals, celebrities, influencers, luxury brand executives, and lifestyle tastemakers • Strong networks in: New York, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco • International networks highly preferred: London, Paris, Milan, Tokyo, Rome, Dubai • Deep connections in luxury travel, hospitality, entertainment, fashion, art, and premium lifestyle • Active in luxury event circuit: Art Basel, SXSW, Cannes Film Festival, fashion weeks, etc. • Deep familiarity with members clubs (Soho House, Casa Cipriani, Zero Bond, etc.) Experience & Background • 3-5+ years in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, membership organizations, or premium community building • Track record of achieving ambitious membership/sales targets through systematic relationship building • Experience with high-end brands, exclusive clubs, luxury travel, or entertainment industries • Understanding of what drives engagement among affluent, sophisticated audiences • Capital formation or fundraising experience with HNW individuals preferred Education • Bachelor's degree from top-tier university Communication & Presence • Exceptional written and verbal English fluency • Natural presenter who can articulate vision and value propositions • Sophisticated, culturally connected, comfortable in high-end social environments • Ability to represent Globalist with style and authenticity Personality & Attributes • Young, hungry, smart, sharp, cool emerging leader • Entrepreneurial mindset - ready to build, not just execute • Genuine passion for discovering and sharing extraordinary experiences • Natural networker who connects people and facilitates meaningful introductions • Systems builder - can create scalable processes while maintaining personal touch • Well-traveled, culturally aware, already active participant in luxury lifestyle circuit Ideal Background Includes: • Luxury membership organizations or private clubs • Creator economy, influencer relations, or digital content communities • High-end hospitality or luxury travel • Luxury brand marketing or VIP relationship management • Entertainment industry, celebrity relations, or creator engagement • Art, fashion, or lifestyle curation • Premium event planning or exclusive experience creation Compensation Structure IMPORTANT: This is a performance-based partnership, not traditional employment.
