Requirements and responsibilities

Looking for Senior Application AnalystIT professional with strong Epic HIM expertise and leadership capabilities who can step in quickly and provide immediate impact.Key HighlightsServe as the lead subject matter expert for HIM applications and workflows.Provide hands-on support and leadership during a critical backfill period.Coordinate and prioritize application analyst workloads to meet operational deadlines and service levels.Mentor and provide technical oversight to application analysts and IT team members.Act as an escalation point for complex integrated system issues.Partner with HIM, clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.Perform fit/gap analysis, workflow documentation, testing, validation, and system enhancements.Lead or support small to medium-scale projects, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.Participate in second-level 24x7 on-call rotation support.Support Epic HIM modules and OnBase workflows in a healthcare setting.Epic Gallery project experience is highly preferred, including implementation, optimization, or upgrade initiatives.QualificationsEPIC Certification required.High School Diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred.6–10+ years of experience supporting healthcare applications or clinical systems.Experience working within hospitals, health systems, or medical practices preferred.Strong experience supporting Epic HIM modules and OnBase workflows.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to end users.Strong customer service mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments.Ability and willingness to obtain application-specific certifications/proficiencies if required.HEALTHCARE EXP AND EPIC Certification required.
