Requirements and responsibilities


We're Triad, an AI automation agency based in the Netherlands. We do two things in parallel: 1. Custom AI automation projects for small and mid-sized companies. 2. Five SaaS products of our own: TenantSupport.io (for property managers), HumanHours.dev (AI metrics platform), LeadGrid.io (B2B pipelines), Couchsales.ai (AI sales tool), and MoodMonkey.io (employee wellbeing platform) and more to come. We're looking for one SDR to own pipeline generation across all of this. Full-time, 40 hours per week, long-term, exclusive to Triad. This is not a button-pushing role. We need someone who can build outbound systems from scratch and run them end to end, across multiple products, without hand-holding. What You'll Own - Build ICP lists for each product using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools - Set up and manage cold email infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup) - Write and test cold email copy - Run LinkedIn outreach in parallel with email - Manage replies, qualify leads, and book meetings into our calendar - Track everything cleanly (Apollo/CRM/Sheets) and report daily - Build automations in n8n to remove manual work from your own day Must Have (we will not consider applications without these) - 3+ years of cold email and LinkedIn outreach experience - Hands-on experience with Smartlead.ai (not just used, but set up from scratch) - Apollo or similar lead source experience (Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, etc.) - Deliverability know-how: you can set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and warmup without help - n8n experience: you've built your own automations, not just watched tutorials - Strong written English (you'll be writing cold copy for European and US markets) - Reliable internet, backup power, and a quiet workspace Nice to Have - SaaS or agency outbound background - HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar CRM experience - Experience selling into Europe (NL, BE, DE) or the US - Copywriting portfolio or examples of sequences that performed Compensation - Base: $500/month (paid monthly, full-time 40h/week) - Performance: $50 per qualified meeting - Qualified = showed up, ICP-fit, decision maker or budget influencer, 20+ minute conversation - Realistic OTE at 8 to 12 qualified meetings/month: $900 to $1,100 - Strong performers at 15 to 22 qualified meetings/month: $1,250 to $1,600+ - Tools paid by Triad: Apollo, Smartlead, Sales Navigator, domains, mailboxes, VPN, warmup tools, Claude AI Schedule - 40 hours per week, output-focused - Daily standup at 09:45 CET time (15:45 Philippines time) - Minimum 4 hours daily overlap with European business hours - Long-term role, we're hiring once and keeping you
