We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven CSM to partner with Higher Education institutions and help drive meaningful client outcomes, retention, and growth.Softdocs' Client Success Managers play a critical role in helping clients maximize the value of our partnerships through product adoption, executive engagement, renewals, and growth initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with teams across the entire organization.We are especially interested in candidates with:Higher Education SaaS experienceClient Success, Account Management, Project Management, or Consulting experienceExperience managing renewals and sales opportunitiesStrong executive communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, ownership-oriented mindsetThis is a remote position, with a preference (not requirement) for candidates located in the Northeastern United States.
