The Client Services Analyst is responsible for all preparatory work needed before releasing the file to an examiner.Job ResponsibilitiesInitial file investigation to determine the cause and details surrounding a P&C claim and qualify it for additional recovery effortsRetrieval of relevant documents to support recovery effortsCapture of essential file elements from documents and internet data basesAbility to interpret file information and determine the relevance of the informationJob RequirementsHigh School DiplomaExcellent communication and organizational skills (there may be interaction with client’s employees)Good typing skills are a mustAbility and judgement to apply processes and proceduresMust be self-motivated with the ability to generate imaginative work or ideas that affect simple, routine activitiesCompensation and BenefitsSalary is $18 - $21 per hour (DOE)Minimal cost to employee for employee health care benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Supplemental insurance coverage18 Days of Paid Time Off9 Paid HolidaysGenerous 401(k) plan with company matchingWe look forward to you joining the team!
