I'm hiring a freelance web designer for high end marketing sites. The kind with scroll driven storytelling, page transitions that actually mean something, custom cursors, type doing half the work. Awwwards territory.What I need from you is a Figma file with real motion direction, or a Framer prototype I can pull timing from. Static screens I have to guess my way through don't help me.Knowing GSAP, Three.js or Lenis well enough to know what's cheap to build and what isn't is a bonus. Not required.
