We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist to build, manage, and optimize AI-powered workflows that streamline business operations. You'll play a key role in maintaining automation systems, ensuring seamless lead flow, and supporting scalable business processes across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows across business systems
Monitor website lead capture processes and ensure leads are routed accurately
Maintain and troubleshoot CRM integrations and connected automation tools
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation
Track automation performance and report on key business metrics
Support lead generation initiatives by optimizing workflow reliability
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve automation failures proactively
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement scalable automation solutions
Requirements
Hands-on experience building and managing AI agents or workflow automations
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools
Experience integrating systems using APIs and webhooks
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel or similar
Experience using Claude as part of AI workflows
Strong troubleshooting and systems-thinking skills
Professional English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects
Nice to Have
Experience with lead capture systems and funnel optimization
Experience using Notion
Experience building KPI dashboards or automation reporting
Background supporting agencies or small business operations
