Requirements and responsibilities


• Be a member of a team of Customer Success Managers in conjunction with Customer Support Advisors, both of which will work on onboarding new team members, fostering an environment of collaboration, and continually focusing on improving and developing skills and improving best practices. • Develop strategies and tactics of how to best serve our Customers day-to-day business support and growth needs. • Achieve KPIs set for the position for revenue growth, customer retention and satisfaction. • Onboard all new Customers and set-up their new account configurations. • You will grow customer relationships. Influence and educate partners to align them on best practices. • Identify ways to optimize each step in the customer lifecycle and drive engagement and revenue. • Constantly work to determine our customers’ needs and guide them to be more successful. • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability. • Research business trends and background of Customer’s business to determine the best consultative approach to their needs. • Analyze Customer’s situations, set-up and trends to provide guidance and coaching on how best to attract and retain online customers.
