Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients' functional abilities. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. * Provide therapy sessions that may include activities of daily living, mobility training, and adaptive equipment usage. * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. * Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and home care strategies. * Stay updated on the latest practices in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications * A recognized degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification. * Experience in case management and patient care within hospital or ICU settings is highly desirable. * Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medical imaging techniques is essential. * Previous experience in pediatrics or speech therapy would be advantageous. * Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Critical care experience is preferred but not mandatory.
