• Working with top IT, Pharmaceutical and Aviation direct clients for IT requirements.
• Responsible for end to end recruitment.
• Finding, shortlisting and doing initial screening of high level IT and Non -IT candidates for various profiles including, but not limited to Software Quality Assurance, DBA, Big Data, Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Java Developer, .Net Developer, Linux and Windows System Administrator.
• Working with client Coordinators and Hiring Managers for new requirements, understanding the client needs, and coordinating with them on a regular basis.
• Mentoring new hires in the team, guiding them with the complete process and transferring knowledge leading to exceptional performance of the new hires.
