Key responsibilities:
* Pull and analyze weekly Amazon sales reports to identify performance gaps.
* Manage listings, pricing, replenishment, and Buy Box optimization within Seller Central.
* Determine actions based on data related to conversion, stock, product page quality, or advertising performance.
* Execute and optimize DSP and sponsored ads in coordination with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor key metrics (TACoS, iROAS, Share of Voice, return rate, etc.) and recommend course corrections.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with future designers or marketing collaborators as the team grows.
* Stay up to date on Amazon policies and best practices to ensure operational compliance.
Qualifications:

* Strong command of Amazon KPIs, FBA logistics, and ad campaign performance.
* Highly analytical, able to self-direct and make data-informed decisions.
* Proficient in Amazon tools like Helium10, Perpetua, or Pacvue.
* Comfortable working independently without support staff or assistants.
* Excellent communication and follow-through with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience in pet care, wellness, or CPG categories.
* Exposure to tools like Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Intentwise, or DSP platforms.
* Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration (Operations, Creative, Finance).
* Ability to contribute to broader marketplace strategy over time.
