The Senior Hybris Commerce Developer will design, develop, and deliver reliable, scalable platforms to build critical systems and services throughout the company. This role is the face of IT’s engineering organization to the company and is essential to delivering business-recognized value.
You will be part of the Digital Engineering capability team to transform Rockwell's Ecommerce strategy leveraging SAP Commerce, Salesforce, and custom applications and will lead technical development across the capability.

⚡Work with engineers, technical leaders, and analysts to enable new features for internal and external customers while keeping our applications secure and stable.
⚡Prototype, design, build/deliver and steward resilient platforms for a business capability.
⚡Perform peer-level architectural reviews.
⚡Interpret functional requirements into technical solutions and author technical design docs.
⚡Mentor others in technologies, tools, and processes.
⚡Operate in an agile capability team where quality and security are built into daily work, and we make time to help others improve their environment.
⚡Attack roadblocks and impediments to delivering incremental value.
⚡Serve as the go-to person for triaging system anomalies (bugs, security, performance).
⚡Aggressively drive out technical debt and build feedback into your system.
⚡Shape our future by presenting your designs to groups across IT and the company while reviewing the designs of others.
⚡Develop test strategies with QA engineers, design automation frameworks, and write unit /functional tests to improve coverage and automation metrics.
🚀Requirements:
⚡Strong years of experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) 6.0+ commerce development experience.
⚡Extensive knowledge of the Hybris platform and experience developing on it.
⚡ Hands-on experience with Hybris Core Architecture, cockpits, impex, Backoffice customization, OCC, Business Process, Smart Edit, Hot folders, and storefront development skills.
⚡Knowledge and Hands-on experience of Hybris datahub.
⚡Knowledge and Hands-on experience with the SOLR search engine.
⚡Hybris application integration experience using APIs.
⚡Some Knowledge of SAP CRM/ SAP ECC.
⚡Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration technologies with a hybrid.
⚡ High Engish level.
🚀 Nice to have:
⚡Between three and five years of experience working in a cloud-first operating model or within a dedicated cloud team.
⚡Experience within large SaaS platforms such as SAP, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and SAP Commerce Cloud.
⚡Experience in automated testing, including unit and functional testing with toolings such as Selenium, Tricentis, Cucumber, or other open-source frameworks.
⚡Experience in one or more SQL or NoSQL database technologies, including Azure database services such as CosmosDB, MariaDB, and Azure DB migration services.
⚡Some experience instantiating cloud platform services (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.).
⚡Certifications in any E-commerce technologies: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Commerce Cloud Business User, SAP Certified Development Associate.
⚡ SAP Customer Data Cloud, or SAP Certified Development Professional – SAP Hybris Commerce 6.2.
