This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CFO, where you will independently drive financial strategy and play a critical role in achieving Redox’s growth and financial objectives. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations, providing actionable insights that guide strategic decisions and fuel the company’s growth.Job ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve company-wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesPartner with department leaders to develop financial plans aligned to strategic and operational goalsProvide monthly reporting packages and dashboards to track financial and business performanceDeliver scenario modeling, board-level presentations, and ad-hoc analysis to support executive decisionsDevelop, maintain, and improve the long-range financial modelCollaborate with Accounting to execute accurate and timely close and financial reportingSupport fundraising initiatives and reporting to existing investorsServe as a thought partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive teamRequired Skills & Experience8+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in SaaS FP&A roles requiredExperience in fast-paced startup environmentsStrong modeling, forecasting, and financial storytelling skillsExperience working directly with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExcellent command of SaaS metrics and business drivers (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, ARR)Comfort with ambiguity and ability to translate complexity into clarityHigh degree of ownership and bias toward actionPrior experience managing and mentoring a team memberAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skillsPreferred Skills & ExperienceHealthcare tech industry experience is a plusInvestment Banking, Consulting or investment experience a plus, but not requiredExperience with tools like Salesforce, Quickbooks and financial planning software a plusPeople management experience is a plusSoftware Platform/ToolsRequired: Excel / SheetsPreferred: QuickBooks or other accounting software; Creativity around using AI toolsCompensationThe base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 - $190,000 per year. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The actual offer may vary depending on multiple factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the level of job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, education/certification, and interview assessment.Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include incentive pay, equity, or benefits.
