Responsibilities
* Business risk analysis: FX hedging, commodities, counterparty.
* Challenge the Trading team with regards to supplier compliance and probability of delivery.
* Contracts Control. Conduct analysis of fraud situation. Regulatory intelligence.
* Updating relevant policies to ensure they reflect regulatory and operational requirements.
* Maintain constant reporting to Headquarter (Geneva) Compliance Department and implement Group policy and address ad-hoc requests.
* Ongoing monitoring of credit exposure including Trade Receivables and Prepayments.
