🚀 About the position: ⚡ This position requires availability from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Hawaii Time ⚡ We're hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent to join our fast-growing real estate team. This individual will be an integral support role for our lead generation management, in charge primarily of responding to new inbound lead inquiries, qualifying leads, and supporting the conversion process. If you are a driven, self-motivated individual, with a keen interest in client success, we're committed to finding an ambitious individual to grow with us as we scale. Strong English writing and speaking skills are necessary. We're looking for autonomous, hard-working individuals - prior experience working with realtors or in a real estate environment is preferred, but not required. Relevant experience in other professional environments is also an asset. 🚀 Responsibilities: ⚡ Experience managing, calling and nurturing incoming online leads. ⚡ Recording all activity in our CRM, using outbound calling scripts, and responding to SMS/email as needed. ⚡ Confident working virtually developing relationships and maturing potential leads through established processes. ⚡ Recent experience in a high-volume call environment is required. Specific experience in real estate, or another professional environment, is an asset. ⚡ Experience maintaining client relationships, providing a high-quality service. ⚡ Ability to think critically & use scripts to guide independent decisions. ⚡ Coachable, high energy, and maintains a positive outlook. ⚡ Self-directed & experienced working towards KPIs/assigned targets. ⚡ Fluent, native English speaker with an A player attitude. ⚡ Must have dedicated workspace & access to a stable internet connection. ⚡ Assistance with various administrative tasks to support client success as needed.
