We are currently hiring 30 Physical Therapists for home health positions in Lansing, Michigan, with multiple openings statewide. We are looking to expand our care team with professionals who believe outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment. Our home health physical therapists collaborate to manage and deliver individualized patient care plans.

Qualifications required:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher
* At least 1 year of healthcare experience
* At least 1 year of experience using electronic medical record systems, including:
* Electronic medical record (EMR)
* Other EMR
* Practice Partner EMR
* Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Michigan
* Valid regular driver license

Additional requirements:
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution
* Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state of Michigan
* Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience
* Current driver’s license with the ability to spend approximately 20% of the day traveling to patient locations
* Ability to meet critical charting deadlines
* Experience using tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
Schedule and shift details:
* Monday through Friday
* 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* Local travel to residential homes
