Requirements and responsibilities

We’re Hiring! Product Data Analyst (LATAM – Remote). Join Berlitz and help drive data-informed decisions across our global digital learning ecosystem. You’ll transform learner and platform data into insights that fuel product innovation, engagement, and AI-powered personalization. What You’ll Do * Analyze user behavior and retention. * Build dashboards and track KPIs. * Support UX optimization. * Apply predictive analytics. * Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams. What You Need * 3+ years in data or product analytics, or BI. * Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau). * Experience with statistical and predictive modeling. * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced English (C1 preferred). This position is only open to residents of Colombia.
