Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping processes, creating user stories, stakeholder workshops, and leading CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementations. Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Tacton, Configit, etc.), understanding of Q2O, pricing, and configuration logic. Hands-on in RFP/RFI, vendor selection, requirement documentation, and data flow design. Collaborate with vendors on low-level design and solution validation; ensure integrations with ERP, CRM, and OMS.
