Requirements and responsibilities


This is an on-site position based in our offices in Venezuela, requiring daily in-person collaboration with internal teams while managing projects. Our client is a U.S.-based company specialized in elevator construction projects, primarily serving commercial clients in New York. They work closely with property managers, developers, and building owners to deliver high-quality, compliant, and timely elevator solutions. Position Overview We are seeking a highly proactive and execution-driven Project Manager to work closely with the sales team and oversee the full lifecycle of projects after closing. This role is critical in ensuring smooth project execution, vendor coordination, contract management, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing projects, vendors, contracts, CRM systems, and cross-functional teams. Experience in construction is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Sales team to transition closed deals into active projects • Oversee project execution from kickoff to completion • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule • Coordinate and manage vendors and subcontractors • Handle contract management, execution, and compliance tracking • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting inside CRM systems • Communicate directly with U.S.-based clients in English • Identify potential risks and proactively propose solutions • Align internal teams (sales, operations, vendors) to ensure project success • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership Requirements: • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar execution-focused role • Strong experience managing vendors and third-party providers • Experience handling contracts and contract execution processes • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) • Experience working with or alongside sales teams • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) – mandatory • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven Nice to Have: • Experience in construction, engineering, or technical industries • Experience working with U.S.-based clients • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, etc.) This is a fully remote position with a U.S.-based company, offering long-term growth potential and exposure to high-level commercial projects.
