Our client, a software development startup, is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join its growing sales team. This is a key hire to support ambitious growth goals and expand an inbound-driven sales motion. The ideal candidate is personable, process-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance sales environment. What You'll Do: - Own and convert high-quality inbound leads into long-term customers. - Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline using Salesforce. - Deliver compelling product demos that clearly articulate value. - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the end-to-end customer journey. What We're Looking For: - 3–5 years of B2B SaaS mid-market sales experience, with a strong track record closing $10K–$100K ACV deals. - Proven success meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with evidence of promotions and long-term tenure. - Strong closing skills and comfort managing a structured sales process. - Experience using Salesforce and modern sales tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade buyers across channels. - Highly motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently. Nice to Have: - Enterprise sales experience closing $100K+ or 6–7 figure deals. - Background in lead capture, digital business cards, or adjacent technologies.
