Our team works beyond the advertising channels to help our clients understand, forecast, and make smarter paid media investments over time.ABOUT THE ROLE:Directors at Bamboo serve as the client-facing leader of our agency to our existing clients. This role will be responsible for revenue retention for a few (4 - 6) key accounts.Directors are also responsible for ensuring our Associate Directors, Growth Marketing Managers and Associates are continually hitting client and agency growth objectives.Be ready and excited to partner with a lot of internal and external stakeholders (internal teams, client stakeholders, and the other partners our clients work with) to ensure that each of our engagements are long-term successful for Bamboo and our clients.CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESOwn revenue retention across key clients ($1M-5M monthly spend per client) management with ownership of P&L and Revenue Churn while proactively working to find opportunities to grow the accounts.Understands cross-functional and full funnel strategies and how they can positively impact Client's paid media program goals Bridges the gap between Channel, Paid Media, Business initiatives & strategic planning with support from client teamAbility to deeply ingrain into clients' business: understanding their challenges, objectives, competitive landscape etc. Also knows their business model and what success looks like.Consistently and autonomously set and achieve realistic quarterly goals for your group of account teamsResponsible for monitoring account revenue growth and taking accountability for accurate billing and forecasting to ensure financial health of owned accounts.Strategic oversight and support in QBR planning and presentation across multiple clients.Ownership of P&L to consistently and accurately forecast, and allocate staff across your group to enable scale of deals and ability to take on new business. Consistently and positively influence the career growth trajectory of employees within your client team.Foster and strengthen relationships with Director+ level client staff.Positively influence the growth of all Sr GMM+ levels through training and mentorship on owned accounts.Influence the growth and development of 3+ coachees (Sr GMM+ level talent)QUALIFICATIONS:7-8+ years working in direct-response focused paid media channels including YouTube, UAC, ASA, Google Search, Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat. A track record of positively influencing growth marketer career trajectories through management/coaching.A track record of positively influencing revenue expansion and retention on key accounts or enterprise accounts.Experience managing a large number of senior client stakeholders. Advanced written and presentation communication skills.Ability to delegate and collaborate across functions and departmentsAbility to foster strong relationships and collaboration with cross functional teamsExperience managing client teams of 5-10+, including managing the team’s bandwidth and efficiency.Strong negotiation and problem solving skills preferred.BENEFITS:This is a full-time, remote position.
