Requirements and responsibilities

Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and contact flow design. Backend development using Python or Node.js. Integration experience with AWS Lambda, Lex, and DynamoDB. Familiarity with IVR, SIP, and CRM integrations. 2–4 years of experience; 100% remote; Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.
