Shopify Developer — Full Site Relaunch Company: ComfyIQ (Hit Notion LLC) Location: Remote | Must overlap 4+ hours with Eastern Time Type: Contract | Fixed-price milestones + hourly maintenance Budget: $3,000–$8,000 for full relaunch (scope-dependent) THE PROJECT: ComfyIQ is relaunching comfyiq.com on Shopify. The new site architecture includes homepage with quiz CTA, interactive product recommendation quiz feeding into Klaviyo email flows, product pages with clinical imagery and doctor endorsements, a /clinical section for chiropractors and PTs, a /care section for post-purchase support, and 478-article SEO blog migration with proper schema markup. WHAT YOU WILL BUILD: - Custom Shopify theme (Liquid + Tailwind or equivalent modern CSS) - Product recommendation quiz engine (JS/Liquid + Klaviyo integration) - Doctor/clinical landing pages with lead capture connected to GoHighLevel - Blog migration with 301 redirects, schema markup, and SEO preservation - Mobile-first responsive design (60%+ traffic is mobile) - Page speed optimization (target 90+ Lighthouse score) REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years Shopify development (Liquid, Shopify APIs, theme architecture) - Strong JavaScript/CSS — you build custom, not just configure apps - Experience with Klaviyo integration (email flows, event tracking) - You actively use AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, v0) in your workflow - Portfolio showing at least 2 Shopify builds with custom functionality - Familiar with SEO best practices (redirects, schema, Core Web Vitals) NICE TO HAVE: - GoHighLevel webhook/API experience - Health/wellness or DTC e-commerce brand experience - Shopify Plus or headless Shopify (Hydrogen/Oxygen) experience HOW WE EVALUATE: Step 1: Complete our technical screening quiz (~20 min) Step 2: Top 5 candidates do a paid test build (one product page) Step 3: Video interview with Jay and the DOO We don't want a theme installer.
