We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can develop effective strategies, manage multi-channel campaigns, and drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Optimize website and landing page content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Plan, manage, and analyze digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs such as ROI, traffic, and conversions.
• Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content (blogs, newsletters, social posts, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand message and ensure alignment across all marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including campaign setup, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Grow and engage social media audiences by publishing consistent content and interacting with followers.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
