Requirements and responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Host and present live online gaming sessions, engaging players with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. -Deliver clear, confident, and accurate game explanations in line with established procedures and standards. -Maintain a high level of camera presence, demonstrating coordination, agility, and composure at all times. -Create an enjoyable and immersive player experience that encourages repeat engagement. -Continuously refine presentation and hosting skills to enhance audience interaction and entertainment value. -Work effectively with colleagues and management in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. REQUIREMENTS: -Fluent in English (B1/2level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. -Legal eligibility to live and work in the country of employment. -Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) across a rotating three-shift schedule. -Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to perform confidently on camera. -Positive attitude, self-discipline, and adaptability in a team-oriented setting. Willingness to learn and master the role through comprehensive training.
