Requirements and responsibilities

Design and deploy AI agents for voice calls, SMS, and email automation; build and manage workflows in n8n (APIs, webhooks, multi-step automations, conditional logic and triggers); train, fine-tune, and optimize AI agents for lead qualification, customer support, and sales conversations; develop and implement RAG pipelines with vector databases and embeddings; integrate LLMs and AI APIs into workflows and systems; design and implement AI-powered CRM features such as lead scoring, automated follow-ups, intelligent communication triggers, and integrations with third-party tools; monitor, debug, and optimize AI workflows for performance, accuracy, and cost.
