Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher. - Healthcare experience: 1+ years. - Experience in any of the following Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems: EMR, Other EMR, Practice Partner EMR. - Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA). - Valid Regular Driver License (DL). - Have you applied to or worked for Residential Home Health & Hospice anytime in the past 6 months? We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with: - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required. - Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working. - Minimum of one year healthcare experience. - Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations. - A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting. - The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule. - Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software. Schedule and Shift Details: - Schedule (Including any on call/weekends): Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; full time; 1 weekend/month; 2 holidays/year; no on call. Travel: - Local travel to residential homes.
