Requirements and responsibilities


We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator with 5 years+ experience who is proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning important operational tasks. You’ll help keep the business running smoothly, directly support me as CEO, and jump in wherever needed to make our processes better and our team unblocked. Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on: - Stay up to date on everything happening across the company. - Handle routine operational tasks like configuring HubSpot and Stripe, supporting tax filings, helping the bookkeeper, managing insurance renewals, and setting up vendor accounts. - Keep communication flowing and help team members stay unblocked. - Support me with personal admin tasks. - (Later on) Assist with marketing and sales ops, including reporting and pipeline tasks. You’ll work full-time with significant overlap with US Eastern Time and will report directly to me, Jeff. Requirements To excel in this role, you need: - 5 years experience as an operations Coordinator or Chief of Staff. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to multitask and prioritize. - Basic financial literacy. - Experience handling detailed, business-critical work. - Hands-on experience configuring Stripe. - Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot. - Experience creating dashboards with SQL queries. Brownie points for: - Google Workspace experience. - HR experience. - SOC2 compliance knowledge. - GDPR compliance knowledge. The ideal candidate is smart, hardworking, and comfortable owning their responsibilities without constant direction. You communicate clearly, pay close attention to details, make good decisions, and enjoy helping a small team operate smoothly. Most importantly, you get things done and take pride in doing them well. Benefits What’s in it for you? - $2250 - $3250 per month*. - Full-time & fully remote. - 20 days PTO. *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
