The role establishes strategic relationships with local media companies, ad agencies, and brand-direct clients to deliver best-in-class data, email, and programmatic solutions.Key Responsibilities:Achieve successful sales growth through net new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needsAccelerate prospecting and closing high-value, net-new business opportunities to exceed annual revenue targetsEngineer and optimize a high-velocity sales pipeline, utilizing precise forecasting and activity tracking to ensure consistent conversion of new leads into long-term clientsManage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity for maximum efficiency and visibilityPioneer new client partnerships by identifying unique use cases and articulating a high-impact value proposition that establishes our brand as a primary strategic partnerDrive client partnership performance, build the brand with key stakeholders, and drive strategic growth via unique use casesWork with Connect product, marketing, client success, and executive management teams to bring market feedback back to drive improvements in the product, messaging, and positioningMaintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partnersDesired Skills & Experience4+ years of experience in programmatic, digital media, or ad-tech sales — local media or local agency experience strongly preferredDeep understanding of audience-based selling and the ability to articulate the value proposition clearlyUnderstand the digital marketing landscape and best practice approaches to analytics, advertising, marketing, and audience targetingSelf-starter, independent, and motivated who has autonomously run a full sales cycle and multiple client relationshipsExemplary sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in or with local media companies (broadcast, print, or digital) a plusBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldCompensationThis is a remote/work-from-home role with a salary range of $95,000-$105,000 plus commission.
