The BI Collaborative is hiring again!We’re looking for a Principal Consultant, Data-Driven Transformation to join our growing team.This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who loves helping organizations turn data into action. You’ll partner with leaders across human services organizations to implement data-driven strategies including: defining organizational performance reporting and KPIs, strengthening leadership routines, managing complex implementations, and helping teams use data more consistently to improve performance and outcomes.We’re looking for someone who brings a strong mix of leading teams through organizational transformation, project leadership, business intelligence, executive facilitation, and change management experience. You don’t need to be a BI developer, but you should be comfortable translating between business leaders and technical teams and helping clients move from simply having reports to truly using data to make better decisions.The position is primarily remote, with client visits, workshops, and training sessions as needed.If you’re passionate about using data, strategy, and technology to make a meaningful impact in human services, we’d love to hear from you.
